This charming old village house was carefully restored in 1994 with traditional local handmade floor and ceramic tiles from neighbouring Salernes being used throughout.
Facing southwest the house is light yet kept cool by its thick stone wallsduring the height of summer.
The kitchen / dining room on the ground floor, with tiled work surfaces and antique wooden dinning table and chairs, has french windows opening onto a paved terrace with stone steps descending into a small garden, with barbecue.
There is a light, comfortable beamed sitting room with single sofa bed on the middle of the floor with a french window overlooking the garden.
The attractive double bedroom with king size bed and modern tiled bathroom with bath and shower are on the top floor.
Fully equiped with washing machine for relaxing comfortable stay.
A feature of the house is the open plan pine staircase, which may not be suitable for the young.
